It was a jam-packed year filled with conversations with customers who wanted to move faster, partners asking for more powerful tools, and a team that never stopped innovating. A year when intelligence stopped being a mere abstract idea and became concrete action: more useful features, more countries trusting us, and more companies scaling their marketing strategy thanks to a platform that doesn’t just keep up, but stays ahead.
In a market where everything moves fast, we achieved something essential: moving forward without losing our essence. And we wanted to share some of the milestones that best tell the story of 2025 and everything we’ve built together.
More revenue, more impact
We saw 40% revenue growth this year.
A number that reflects something very simple: every product improvement creates impact, and every new customer finds real value.
It’s not luck. It’s not a tailwind. It’s consistency!
3,500 customers and a more global base
We surpassed 3,500 customers after welcoming onboard more than 500 eCommerce brands in 2025. These include global powerhouses like Nespresso, Mac Center, and Reebok.
Our diversity keeps growing. Industries like fashion, electronics, and pharmacy already rely on Connectif as a core part of their daily operations. But as well as that, 15% of our customer base is now B2B, driven by consulting, education, healthcare, and travel.
The most significant leap comes from the enterprise sector, with customers generating more than €50 million in revenue growing by 200%. Organizations with complex structures choose us because we can support their pace, their volume, and their ambition.
International expansion with real momentum
2025 marked our move into the Nordics, driven by partnerships with specialized local agencies.
Our heart will always be in Murcia, but today, 40% of our revenue comes from outside Spain.
International growth is no longer a goal, it’s a reality!
100 new features and a meaningful leap in AI
Throughout 2025, we launched almost 100 new features in our platform, with more AI-powered features available than ever before. For example, marketers can now use our assistant, Copilot, to actively help with content creation, segmentation, analytics, and soon workflow automation.
We also integrated with more essential tools for eCommerce including Orbe, Motive, and Empathy, strengthening our role as the central node within any company’s marketing tech stack.
And the most transformative milestone of the year? Unifying online and offline data! For the first time, companies can see each customer as a single identity and activate coherent journeys, without friction or barriers between digital and physical worlds.
More workflows, more communications, more sales
Connectif reached unprecedented usage levels with close to 300,000 active workflows and more than 5 billion communications sent throughout the year.
As a result, approximately 25% of our customers’ sales are directly attributed to Connectif.
A clear sign that marketing automation sells, influences, and sustains growth.
Partners: a professional and growing hub
Our Partner Program continues to thrive. In 2025, we reached 56 certified partners across Certified, Select, Prime, and Elite levels.
We’ve introduced more training courses, more certifications, and more shared initiatives, like our famous Workflow Challenge, to help cement our ecosystem with partners who are committed to both innovation and quality.
The team behind the growth
Our team grew by 20%, reinforcing key areas like development, AI, and sales. This growth didn’t just increase capacity, it deepened technical expertise and customer focus. In a year defined by speed and complexity, our team was essential in sustaining and accelerating both product and service quality.
Market validation: a strong debut on G2
We knew our customers and partners were content. And, this year, they made it official.
We debuted on G2 as a High Performer and received the “Users Love Us” badge. Thanks to the trust and feedback from our partners and customers, our average rating on both G2 and Capterra stands at 4.8, well above the industry average of 4.3.
More than a badge, it’s a direct reflection of the daily experience of thousands of marketers.
Brilliant: a new way to discover products
In 2025, we launched the beta of Brilliant, our new intelligent assistant for eCommerce, and so far the results have exceeded every expectation.
Online shoppers who interact with Brilliant tend to convert almost 10 times more, browse more products, and spend 20% more.
In 2026, it will be available in the Shopify App Store and will mark a real shift in the online shopping experience.
